“Brace yourself. James Cameron, the man who brought you ‘The Titanic’ is back with another blockbuster. This time, the ship he’s sinking is Christianity. In a new documentary, Producer Cameron and his director, Simcha Jacobovici, make the starting claim that Jesus wasn’t resurrected — the cornerstone of Christian faith – and that his burial cave was discovered near Jerusalem.

No, it’s not a re-make of ‘The Da Vinci Codes’. It’s supposed to be true.”

Oh God, here we go again….

By now some of you would have already heard about the new controversial documentary, The Lost Tomb of Jesus, premiering Sunday March 4 9pm ET/PT on Discovery Channel and a few other networks including Israel’s Channel 8 where it has already sparked a fierce debate. There is no news yet if it will premiere here in Singapore or Asia.

I am still reading through the many sites that have sprung up overnight in response to this. As such, I shall reserve any comments if at all till much later. For now, I’ll just provide some links for you to do your own reading. Alternatively, just google “The Lost Tomb of Jesus”.
